Personal Injury Audit Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Liverpool's leading specialist Personal Injury Insurance firms. They are looking for an experienced Audit Manager to lead the department on a day-to-day basis, in line with the company policies and procedures.
This role will involve auditing files, creating and implementing the annual audit plan and monthly audit schedules to ensure audit reports are agreed and understood with team managers and individuals.
You will support the business in providing quality and meaningful audit data in line with the Audit Policy. You will motivate, mentor, and develop the audit team to maintain agreed performance levels and carry out annual appraisals, including monthly one-to-ones.
You will be expected to liaise with the Head of Quality Assurance and Training Managers following the identification of any risk, training or performance needs. Experience and knowledge of the SRA Code of Conduct and the SRA Accounts Rules is essential for this role with a high awareness and understanding of ICOBS 8.
You will ideally have a recognised audit qualification or be working towards a relevant qualification. Previous experience in the management and supervision of personal injury litigation staff and/or auditors, demonstrating the ability to lead and motivate is essential for this role.
