Float Legal Secretary
Based in the centre of Birmingham, this established law firm is now looking to recruit an experienced legal secretary to work as a float legal secretary to all departments covered by the firm. The role is a full time, permanent position and will offer the right candidate a wide variety of work.
Working from state of the art offices based in Birmingham city centre, you will provide support and assistance to paralegals, fee earners and partners where your key duties will include:
- Audio/copy typing, including digital dictation
- Preparing & drafting documentation, correspondence and files
- Using various online case management systems and Microsoft packages
- Liaising with a range of clients
- General admin duties when needed
In order to be considered for this float legal secretary role you must have experience of working in three or more legal departments, have excellent communication, organisational and typing skills, have a friendly and great team working ethic, along with having a flexible approach.
