Service Desk Analyst.

Our client, a tier one, UK Intellectual Property firm is looking for a service desk analyst to join their small and collaborative team working as part of the wider information technology department.

This is a diluted role in that it will provide variety from your run of the mill IT help desk role, this will afford the right candidate exposure to various project work and the opportunity to work with both the infrastructure and applications team.

This role will provide 1st line support firm wide, so communication skills must be exemplary, if you are a person who has a strong working knowledge of PC hardware and IT equipment and are able to relay this to non-technical end-users, whilst maintaining committed to high levels of customer service and high quality of work and experience working in a legal environment using DMS, CRM and Digital Dictation please do apply now.
