Float Legal Secretary
Do you have experience working within 3 or more legal departments? Do you have exceptional experience working as a legal secretary? If so, this highly regarded law firm based in the centre of Birmingham is now looking for a float legal secretary.
This float legal secretary role will be a permanent, full time opportunity where you will have the opportunity to work in every department within the law firm providing key support and assistance. Your key duties will include:
- Audio/copy typing, including digital dictation
- Preparing files, drafting documents and handling correspondence
- Liaising with a full variety of clients
- Dealing various aspects of legal work
- General administration duties
In order to be considered for this float legal secretary role based in Birmingham city centre, you must have experience working within 3 or more different legal departments, have excellent typing, communication and organisational skills, be a confident and approachable person, along with having a flexible approach.
