This reputed client are looking to recruit an additional solicitor to join their Employment & HR team in Taunton.
You should have at least 2 years PQE, having already handled both contentious and non-contentious employment work. The contentious work is regularly complex with high value, so you will have the opportunity to gain expertise on technically and strategically challenging employment matters.
In this role you will advise mainly on respondent matters, acting for mid-large corporate clients. The department have a national presence, but many of your clients will be South West based.
You will work alongside very knowledgeable solicitors and HR consultants. Although very busy with a steady flow of new and existing clients, you will be involved in business development to include group meetings with corporate clients, and solicitors from others teams within the firm.
