An opening has arisen for a defendant Casualty Fraud Solicitor looking to join a top 50 international law firm in Manchester city centre. This is a truly fantastic opportunity for you to join a successful global law firm which boasts an excellent reputation in respect of defendant personal injury Fraud and to handle your own caseload of non-motor Fraud matters.

As the Casualty Fraud Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of non-motor litigated Fraud files, including ELPL claims, Travel claims and even some fraudulent Cavity Wall claims. Your clients will include some of the leading national insurance companies, self-insured and corporate companies. 

You must be a qualified Fraud Solicitor with demonstrable experience in defendant non-motor EL/PL Fraud claims is preferable, although if the bulk of your experience is from a claimant fraud background you are actively encouraged to apply.

It is essential that you have good academics (good A-levels and a 2:1 degree or equivalent).
