Conveyancing Legal Secretary
A highly established law firm is now looking to recruit an experienced legal secretary to join their Birmingham office on a full time permanent basis. This opportunity will allow you to work with the firm Monday-Friday, covering 9am-5pm.
Within this conveyancing legal secretary role, you will provide key support and assistance to a conveyancing fee earner where your key duties will include:
- Audio/copy typing, including digital dictation
- Liaising with clients
- Preparing & drafting documents, letters and correspondence
- General admin duties
- Using case management systems and The Land Registry
In order to be considered for this conveyancing legal secretary role, you must have previous conveyancing experience, have excellent communication and organisational skills, along with a flexible approach.
