Legal Administration Assistant.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Administration Assistant to join a leading and award-winning international law firm within their Liverpool City Centre office. You will be working on a one to one basis with the Partnership Secretary providing administration support on a daily basis. Previous experience from the travel sector; from either an administration / sales support / customer service role would be an advantage
The main focus of the role will be assisting with business travel, dealing with the reservations of flights, rail and hotels, handling all booking administration, amendments, cancellations, refunds printing and delivering of tickets. Liaising with travel management companies, producing travel itineraries and advising on cost savings.
You must have strong customer service and problem solving skills, excellent organisational skills and ability to build relationships.
