An exciting role has arisen for an Employment Solicitor at partnership level to join this highly regarded, Legal 500 ranked employment team of this leading law firm in Preston.
As the firm has a strong corporate/commercial offering, it is looking for an Employment Partner who has operated in a similar environment, dealing mainly with respondent employment matters. The team is currently expanding in Preston, and offers great opportunities to progress and develop within a firm with an outstanding reputation for top quality work.
You will be a technically excellent, ambitious Employment Solicitor, likely at Partner level, although an experienced Senior Associate may also be considered.
You will be able to demonstrate a strong background, preferably from a mid or top tier firm. Also, you will be capable of making a business case to include client following and/or network of contacts/referrers. Experience of working in a similar environment with SME clients, as well as larger national and multinational corporates, would be ideal.
On offer is a very competitive salary, aligned with a leading firm, likely £70,000 to £100,000 (depending on experience and client following), and will include an excellent benefits package (profit share/bonus/27 days holiday/private medical).
