This highly established law firm based in the centre of Birmingham is now looking for an experienced legal secretary to join them on a full time, permanent basis. This particular law firm can offer the right candidate a highly competitive salary, along with a range of benefits.
Based in state of the art offices within Birmingham, you will join this firm and provide support to a range of different departments in a floating legal secretary role. The firm is a full service law firm therefore offering you a wide variety of work and fee earners to work with. Within the role, your key duties will include:
- Audio/copy typing, including digital dictation
- Preparing & drafting legal documents, letters and correspondence
- Liaising with a wide range of clients and internal personnel
- Providing general admin support across departments
In order to be considered for this float legal secretary role, you must have a wealth of experience working within three of more departments of law, have excellent communication and organisational skills, along with having a flexible and personable person.
