Head of General Civil Litigation.
This reputed and busy firm are searching for their next head of department, and looking to hear from experienced civil litigation solicitors. 
Ideally you should have broad civil litigation experience to include all or some of the following: 
- Employment
- Construction disputes
- Inheritance Act and Contentious Probate
- Contract disputes
- Boundary disputes
- Shareholder and Partnership disputes
- Debt collection
- Housing/landlord and tenant disputes

Solicitors with at least 3-4 years experience are encouraged to apply... as are those with more experience looking for a Head of Department position. 
This role may suit litigators who feel they have hit a glass ceiling in their current role. You may or may not already have managerial experience, but will definitely be looking to progress and lead a small friendly team. 
Excellent opportunity to prove yourself as a Head of Department and potentially progress onto partnership in the future. 
Local candidates already in the South West region will be considered, as will relocators looking to move to Devon and experience all that this region has to offer.
