Now recruiting for a Company Secretarial Assistant for a financial services client based in London. The role is an excellent next step for Company Secretarial professionals with Blueprint experience and looking to progress their career.
Main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Maintain statutory records via Blueprint software (creating, updating and maintaining entities' profiles)
- Administering board meetings (assisting in the arranging meetings, collating and distributing board packs)
- Filing Companies House forms
- Filing confirmation statements and PSC registers
Previous Blueprint experience is required for this role and will suite a Company Secretarial professional looking for a new challenging role in London.
