A regionally leading Legal 500 firm is looking to hire an experienced and progression focused employment and litigation solicitor for their Luton based office.
You will immediately benefit from working in a leading Legal 500 department specialising in dealing with high value and high-quality work supporting some of the leading solicitors and partners in the firm.
You will ideally be experienced in a vast array of employment work, covering areas such as defending unfair dismissal claims, constructive dismissal claims, Equality Act claims, settlement agreements and wider HR advisory work. Alongside this the ideal candidate would also be able to assist with general commercial litigation work including shareholder/director’s disputes, debt recovery, professional negligence, property/land disputes and costs.
Essential skills alongside this fee earning and fee earner support experience within these areas may also include knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules, a willingness to learn and develop the department through an enthusiasm for marketing.
You will ideally have exposure to small and medium sized enterprises clients, blue chip corporations and wider nationally recognised commercial clients as well as wealthy individuals. Also experience dealing with large scale property developer corporations would also be advantageous.
You will ideally be looking for long-term career development and progression within commercial dispute and employment litigation specialism within Luton.
