G2 Legal (Carl Ryan and Izzie Gilbert) were happy to be asked again this new year to be involved with the MJLD committee for another junior lawyers social event after having previously enjoyed networking evenings across the beautiful city of Liverpool!
This time, we had a Pizza and Games night at Roxy Ball Room, Rainford Sq! Plenty of pool tables, football screens & ping pong tables for everyone to get involved, relax and network (or just have a natter!) with colleagues/friends of the MJLD. We had a great selection of Pizzas' to a go around and they even chucked in a couple of bottles of Jaegermeister and shot glasses to go around!
The Merseyside Junior Lawyers Division is now open to the Solicitors, junior (NQ+) Solicitors, Legal Executives Paralegals, LLB/LPC Graduates and Trainee Solicitors across Merseyside. It was great for everyone to get together to enjoy the food and games and have chance network and it is lovely to see some now familiar faces from events that we sponsored over the last few years.
We had a bottle of Moet Champagne up for grabs for our business card raffle which was won by Phil Campbell - so well done to Phil! There was plenty of drinks flowing, with everyone being provided with TWO free drinks tokens (including soft drinks), so I hope that there aren't many sore heads today in Liverpool!
Thank you to David, Tom & Mark & the rest of the MJLD committee this year for putting together such an enjoyable evening and asking us to be involved! We are very much looking forward to the next get together in Liverpool!
